As part of upgrading the lodge, we have been working on the kitchen.  Originally, it had the basics, lacking appliances and counter space.  Now it has an oven, a dishwasher (paid for by a wonderful guest who wanted to help out!), full-sized sink, many more cabinets, and loads of counter space.  It has been getting plenty of use, and has proven to be a more vital addition than we had initially thought.
