Serving Pastors and their Congregations

A companion ministry for our staff is working with pastors and their congregations as consultant or coach. Possible consultation with a pastor includes spiritual direction, personal assessments, development of support for staff or board, and coaching on specific aspects of ministry. Possible consultation with a congregation includes visioning and planning projects, helping leadership groups (staff and/or boards) to develop their leadership potential, and developing processes for implementing specific changes.

Also, Tim works with churches specifically in the area of worship and how a church can increase their influence with the younger generations.  Taking a church with "contemporary" or "traditional" styled worship, and pointing them towards a modern style that appeals to unchurched people is his passion.

Since custom designed agreements with individual pastors are our norm in this area, it may be most helpful to simply indicate some of the experience each of our staff brings to the table.

Ron Anderson's background includes:
--    A career as a university professor studying organizational change and consulting with educational agencies
--    Certification as a spiritual director
--    Long-time local church lay leader
--    A Commissioned Lay Pastor (CLP) commissioned to the Presbytery of Pueblo as consultant in spiritual renewal

Tim Anderson's background includes:
--    Several years as a full-time church worship pastor (amongst many other duties)
--    Certification as a spiritual director
--    Undergrad program in Biblical Studies
--    Training as a church consultant through the 'Growing Healthy Churches' organization, as well as the 'Society for Church Consulting'.
